How I relieve my stress
There are more and more people who are affected by stress. People work too hard and too much. You must take care of yourself because there are more and more people who suffer heart attacks. I have some steps to do to relieve stress. When I am stress, I listen to a lot of music. I chew gum, but I have to watch myself because sometimes I chew too much. I think the best way when I am stress is doing exercises. If you don’t have a lot of time, you can only take a walk outside and take fresh breathe. Also, I think about my last trip and I imagine that I am there. When the reason of my stress is because I have a lot of things to do, I prioritize what is the most important. I write on a piece of paper and I cross it out when it’s done. In conclusion, you have to know if it’s a good or a bad stress because it’s not bad to have a good stress.
