The Difference Between Beach and court Volleyball
Beach and court volleyball both use the same technical moves, but they are not the same sport. First of all, beach volley is played with only two players and court volleyball is played with six players. In contrast, court volley is played in a gym, but beach volley is played in the sand. Both sports have the same technical moves. However, there are some exceptions. For instance, you can’t do a tip during a volleyball game ,but you can do it in the court. In the gym, you wear a complete volleyball uniform whereas; in the sand you wear a sport bra with a swimming suit. When you play beach volley, you have to be tolerant of the temperature because you are outside. On the other hand, with court volley ball, you are always sure that the temperature will be good because it’s inside. However it’s too bad to miss a good sunny day. It’s harder to jump in the sand than to jump on the floor. Finally, even if they are both called ‘’volleyball’’ they are completely different in terms of their technical, rules and their environment.

How to Kill the Ball during a Volleyball Game!
Doing a good smash is very important in a volleyball game because it’s a good offensive movement to win against another team. Killing the ball is very easy when you know how to jump and move your arms and legs correctly. If you follow these simple steps to the letter, you will be a real star. First of all, for a power player, you have to get off of the ground because you need space to propel yourself. Also, you ought to practice you steps before you add your arm because you need have to coordination. You must move your feet quickly and do left, right and left before you jump. Moreover, you have to start you steps when the ball is between you and your setter. In addition, when you are able to do this skill with your legs, you have to add the movement with your arms. While you are doing the step, you have to put your arms in front, back and front again. Then when you are in the air and your arm is up, if you are right-handed, you had better point at the ball with your left arm and draw back your right arm as if you are going to shoot a bow and arrow. Also, you should pass your elbow in front of you. Next, you ought to swing your arm down hard. After that, when your hand is in contact with the ball, you have to curve your wrist to give a rotation to the ball in order to make the ball hit the ground. If you start your steps too fast or too slowly, you will probably miss the ball. However, don’t be discouraged because you will be coordinated for the next time. Finally, if you follow my instructions, you will enjoy killing the ball during a volleyball game and your partner will be happy that you score many points for your team.
