The Difference Between Beach and court Volleyball
Beach and court volleyball both use the same technical moves, but they are not the same sport. First of all, beach volley is played with only two players and court volleyball is played with six players. In contrast, court volley is played in a gym, but beach volley is played in the sand. Both sports have the same technical moves. However, there are some exceptions. For instance, you can’t do a tip during a volleyball game ,but you can do it in the court. In the gym, you wear a complete volleyball uniform whereas; in the sand you wear a sport bra with a swimming suit. When you play beach volley, you have to be tolerant of the temperature because you are outside. On the other hand, with court volley ball, you are always sure that the temperature will be good because it’s inside. However it’s too bad to miss a good sunny day. It’s harder to jump in the sand than to jump on the floor. Finally, even if they are both called ‘’volleyball’’ they are completely different in terms of their technical, rules and their environment.
